1.1 These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website located at www.followthecreatures.com (http://www.followthecreatures.com) ("Site").
1.2 By accessing, browsing or using the Site, you confirm that you accept these Terms and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree, you must not use the Site.
1.3 We may amend these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted here with the new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

3.1 You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
3.2 You must not:
(a) use the Site in any way that breaches any applicable local, national or international law or regulation;
(b) transmit any data, send or upload any material that contains viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time-bombs, keystroke loggers, spyware, adware or any other harmful programs;
(c) attempt to gain unauthorised access to, interfere with, damage or disrupt any parts of the Site, the server on which it is stored, or any server, computer or database connected to the Site;
(d) attack the Site via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of-service attack.
3.3 We reserve the right to withdraw or amend the Site (or any part of it) without notice.

4.1 We (or our licensors) own all intellectual property rights in the Site and in the material published on it. Those works are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world.
4.2 You may print off one copy, and may download extracts, of any page(s) from the Site for your personal, non-commercial reference only.
4.3 You must not modify the paper or digital copies of any materials you have printed off or downloaded, and you must not use any illustrations, photographs, video or audio sequences or any graphics separately from any accompanying text.
4.4 Our status (and that of any identified contributors) as the authors of content on the Site must always be acknowledged.

(b) we will not be liable to you for any loss or damage, whether in contract, delict (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, even if foreseeable, arising under or in connection with: (i) use of, or inability to use, the Site; or (ii) use of or reliance on any content displayed on the Site.
6.3 We will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by a virus, distributed denial-of-service attack, or other technologically harmful material that may infect your computer equipment.

7.1 You may link to our home page or other publicly available parts of the Site, provided you do so in a way that is fair and legal and does not damage our reputation or take advantage of it.

7.4 The Site must not be framed on any other site, nor may you create a link to any part of the Site other than the home page without our prior written consent.

8. Viruses
8.1 We do not guarantee that the Site will be secure or free from bugs or viruses.
8.2 You are responsible for configuring your information technology, computer programmes and platform to access the Site. You should use your own virus protection software.
8.3 You must not misuse the Site by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful.

8.6 By breaching this provision, you would commit a criminal offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990 (as amended). We will report any such breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities and we will co-operate with those authorities by disclosing your identity to them.
8.7 In the event of such a breach, your right to use the Site will cease immediately.
8.8 We will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by a distributed denial-of-service attack, viruses or other technologically harmful material that may infect your computer equipment, computer programs, data or other proprietary material due to your use of the Site or to your downloading of any material posted on it, or on any website linked to it.

9.2 We comply with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
10.1 These Terms, their subject matter and their formation, are governed by Scots law.
10.2 You and we both agree that the Scottish courts will have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with these Terms or their subject matter or formation.
10.3 If you are a consumer and you are resident in another part of the United Kingdom, nothing in clause 10.2 affects your right to bring proceedings in your local courts under applicable consumer protection rules.
